New Booking
1. Enter Booking Request Information

① Booking Item Shortcut: Navigate to the booking information entry section and indicate the current item location.
② Enter Booking Information: Sections include Shipping Information, Cargo Information, Customer Information, Documents, and Additional Services.
③ Booking Summary: Displays summary information such as Origin (POL)/Destination (POD), Desired Departure Date, and Transportation Mode.
④ Previous Bookings: Load past booking history and modify only the necessary information. This reduces the number of fields you need to enter.
⑤ Total Estimate: Shows estimated price based on the entered booking information. Click the "Find Rates" button to view the estimated freight.
Bookings can be made for routes without existing prices. The estimated price will be updated before the cargo is onboard.
⑥ Find Rates & Booking Request: Once the booking information is completed, check the freight charges and then submit the booking request.
1-1. Shipping Info

Transportation Mode: Select the mode of transport for the booking.
Incoterms
Origin/Destination: Choose the Origin (POL)/Destination (POD) and specify any pickup/delivery requests.
Requested Onboard Date: Specify the requested shipping date (Onboard Date). If it is difficult to choose a shipping date, check the schedules of carriers (airlines) in the Schedule Search.
Reference No : You can customize the unique identifier for the booking. (eg. Commercial Invoice No, PO, SO, etc.). Click the checkbox to set the chosen number as the booking number(Optional). Click "Add reference no" to enter multiple reference numbers.

1-2. Cargo Info

① Cargo Type:
General Cargo
Dangerous Cargo: Select if hazardous materials need to be transported.
Reefer Container : Select if the cargo requires temperature control during transport (e.g., frozen or refrigerated goods). Enter the required temperature.
Select if the item is hazardous.
Select NOR (Non-Operating Reefer) if applicable.
Flexibag: Select if transporting non-hazardous liquid cargo as an alternative to ISO tank containers, drums, or IBCs.
Open Top Container: Select if the cargo exceeds the height of a standard container.
Flat Rack Container: Select if transporting oversized cargo that cannot be loaded into a standard dry container.
Perishable Cargo: Select if transporting perishable goods such as agricultural products, live animals, pharmaceuticals, plants, or food that require refrigerated or frozen storage.
② Item (Commodity): Search and select using Korean/English.
If the specific item name cannot be found, select a commonly used name.
③ HS Code
④ Cargo Information: Enter the size, weight, and quantity information for the cargo (required).
Providing detailed cargo information helps prevent booking and shipping delays.
1-3. Shipper & Consignee Information

① Shipper Name & Address: Enter the export company name and address.
② Consignee : Enter consignee name or company name.
③ Notify Party : Enter Notify name or company name. Check
if notify party is the same with consignee.
1-4. Document
Attach CI/PL, export licence, and documents related to special cargo (e.g., hazardous materials, reefer, etc.). You can attach files via Drag & Drop or by using the file explorer.

1-5. Additional Service

① Additional Information: Select the additional services required for booking.
② Remark: Leave any specific requests or details regarding the selected additional services (up to 1000 characters).

③ Additional Requests : Leave any specific requests or details regarding the booked cargo (up to 1000 characters).
2. Request Booking

① Enter Booking Information: Fill in the shipping information to additional services.
② Review Booking Summary: Check the summary information.
③ Select Find Rates: Check the estimated freight charges for the booking.
④ Review Total Estimate : Verify the rates for each item.
⑤ Request Booking: If the entered booking information and freight charges are correct, submit the booking request.
3. Previous Bookings
Through Previous Bookings, you can import booking history made on the platform as well as offline booking information previously handled by LX Pantos.

① Previous Bookings in Booking Request Summary: You can view up to 3 months of past offline booking history.
② Repeat Bookings: Select a recurring booking from the retrieved history. You can make a booking with minimal input by only changing the necessary details.
You can find specific booking records through a detailed search.
